Bulbophyllum contortisepalum is also called The Twisted Sepals Bulbophyllum.

Found in Papua and New Guinea and Vanuatu in mist forests on moss-free trunks and branches at elevations of 50 to 1500 meters as miniature to small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte. It flowers continuously throughout the year with a single flower of 5 to 6 cm in size.Flowering period is about 3 days.
Cited as a synonym of Bulbophyllum falciferum but differs in the length and shape of the dorsal sepal and in the apex of the petals. The elongate, drooping, basally intertwined sepals are mostly the same in either species.
Bulbophyllum streptopetalum which is smaller in all flower parts is now a synonym of Bulbophyllum contortisepalum. There is a lot a variation in the dorsal sepal of the species.
Light:
Bulbophyllum contortisepalum needs a light level of 10000-12000 lux. These plants grow well in shady conditions. The photoperiod should be at least 10 hours a day.
