The Bulbophyllum pleurothallidanthum is also known as The Pleurothallis-Like Bulbophyllum.

Found in Sumatra without exact locality as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte of 15 cm in height. It flowers with several 9-12 flowers. Each individual flower is about 2 cm tall and the flower head can be up to 7 cm across and can be a hemisphere when well bloomed. The flowers vary from pale to intense yellow. The Bulbophyllum pleurothallidanthum can bloom multiple times per year.
